REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are ONLY available on the same day of booking and must be requested before 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time (Arizona Time) by way of phone (800) 298-4250 Available 24 Hours * Calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
When you pre-pay and book your desired appointment time, your appointment is not visible on our calendar and no longer available to others who may desire the same time and date. If you do not cancel by midnight, you forfeit your ability to receive a full refund. You will be issued a full (non-monetary) inspection credit for a future inspection. Things happen and sometimes you have to change your inspection date or inspection location. If this happens, please update us with the new information. Contact must be made 4 hours before the scheduled inspection.
We do not set an expiration date for future credited Home Inspections.
We reserve the right to fill an original appointment time slot once an appointment has been cancelled.
If you pay $350.00 for a home inspection and your property is over 4,000 square feet, we may cancel on or before the day of the appointment and issue a full refund. We ask that you validate your property's square footage before continuing. We trust that our customers will remain honest.
We stand behind our policy and our policy is non-negotiable. If you do not agree to these terms, do not pre-pay for this service.
As a courtesy, you may reschedule your appointment for the same property or another property, based on our availability or you may gift your unused home inspection credit to a third party, at no charge.
You will receive a service agreement via email. It must be signed prior to the release of the inspection report.
